Prices listed below are for Monday to Friday appointments between 9am and 5pm.
Evening and weekend appointments are available at an additional charge of £120.

If you cannot afford the prices listed below, please call me as I set aside appointments at lower prices so that my help is affordable to everyone.

Preparing for Baby - £90

  • 1 hour consultation in Henley-on-Thames or online
  • 3 follow-up calls
  • Ideal for resolving any worries before baby arrives or within the first six weeks following birth

Infant Sleep and Feeding Session - £220/£270

  • 3 hour home consultation
  • 6 weeks complimentary phone and email support
  • Resolves sleep and feeding issues for babies and toddlers under 18 months

Toddler Onwards Sleep and/or Behaviour Session - £275/£320

  • 4 hour session in your home
  • 8 weeks complimentary support by phone and email
  • Designed to deal with sleep and behaviour issues in children from 18 months to 11 years

Siblings Sleep and/or Behaviour Session - £340/£390

  • 5 hour session in your home
  • 8 weeks complimentary support by phone and email
  • Designed to deal with sleep and behaviour issues of 2 or more children from birth to 11 years

Overnight support - £220

  • overnight support at your home from 7pm to 7am, following a home or Skype consultation
  • ideal if you feel you need more support following a daytime consultation

Additional Support

  • Continued support is available following any consultation, and at any point in the future should you need it
  • £25 for 3 calls
  • £40 for 1 month’s phone and email support
  • Bespoke packages are also available on request

Maternity Nurse Engagement from £180 per day

  • Live-in help 24 hours per day
  • Minimum period of 5 days
  • Offering support and guidance with babies up to 16 weeks old
  • Help with breastfeeding and nursery duties
  • Light housework and care of other siblings
  • Mileage charged as below but no additional agency fees

If you can demonstrate that you have had no improvement in your child’s sleep or behaviour, having followed our advice and support recommendations for at least 6 weeks, and can provide documented evidence of your activities, we will refund your consultation fee.

Terms & Conditions

Fees

Fees for consultations are payable by bank transfer or credit/debit card.

Your booking is not secure until the consultation fee has been paid in full.

Travel charges apply to bookings 10 miles away from your consultant.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to the need to usually schedule consultations at least 4-7 days in advance, cancelled session times cannot always be filled and other clients may have been turned down, so our refund policy is as follows:

  • More than 14 days notice: 90% refund
  • 7-14 days notice: 75% refund
  • 3-7 days notice: 50% refund
  • 48 hours or less notice: 0% refund
Your Consultation

Any action taken by the consultant during a home consultation is undertaken with your express or implied consent.  If you do not consent to or agree with any action proposed by the consultant, or if you feel uncomfortable with any recommendation, please inform the consultant immediately and ask her not to take that action.

The effectiveness of the plan made by the consultant depends upon you, the client, consistently following through both during and after our work together. The consultant will provide a supporting role in you implementing it the plan. You accept full responsibility and accountability for the actions that you do or do not take, the results achieved and any consequences that follow.

Information provided by the consultant is provided for general information only, and should not be treated as a substitute for the medical advice of your own doctor or any other health care professional. Always consult your own GP if you are in any way concerned about your own health or that of your child.

Support

Follow-up support is provided for the term stated in your invoice. This support is complementary, and cannot be refunded if the full amount is not used. The amount of time offered is usually enough to resolve most issues, but more can be added for an additional charge if needed.

Support is available between 9.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday, and on occasion by prior arrangement during evenings and weekends.

It is your responsibility to contact the consultant directly via phone, text and email, with regular updates. We recommend that you speak with your consultant every 1-2 days for the first week following your consultation, every 2-3 days for the second week and then once or twice a week until the end of your support period if you need to.

It is your responsibility to be open and honest with the consultant during and following your consultation so that she can provide you with the level of support you require.
